WebAR video shows as exclamation mark

Hi,

I’m new to ZapWorks so hoping this is just something dumb I’m doing (or not doing!)

I have an alpha video augmenting on a tracker.
When I preview it in ZapWorks Studio it works fine so I published it.
Now, when I scan the Zap code, it’s still fine, but when I scan the QR Code, it comes up with an exclamation mark instead of showing the video.

When the QR Code takes me to the webpage, it opens in the default Android Browser on my phone.
I have Chrome on my phone but it doesn’t give me the option to choose a browser.

The video is embedded in the app, not streaming, and is about 40mb in size.

Can anyone help?

Video player symbol not playing the URL

Hi there, I’m developing a WebAR experience in the studio, and it needs the video player functionality, so when I placed the URL, it doesn’t play the video. it just froze and pop up with a warning icon, I’m using a URL from youtube, but it doesn’t play the video, even after I set up the script of symbol.nodes.Video_Player.nodes.show0.myvid.source(“url]”); the video still not playing. is there any solution for this? is it the youtube issue or device issue, cause I’ve already tested in on my i…
