Hey everyone. 
I’m trying to import an FBX file into ZapWorks Studio following the documented steps. This 3D model was created using Cinema 4D.
I name the file “Gráfico” and then got the following error
What can I do to fix this?

Ok i just fixed it. The problem was i was importing a file with special characters, namely à, in its name and that is where this error comes from.
We can be alerted in the documentation for the usage of special characters in the name, that can lead to a similar error.

Studio doesn’t allow accented characters when naming anything. This includes a project, 3D model or even a node in the Hierarchy.
We will make a note of this and try to add an alert to either our documentation or within Studio itself.
