Switch From Personal to Business

I have a ZapCode that I created with my personal account that I would now like to switch over to a business account. Can this be done?

Hi @dan,

This can certainly be done :slight_smile:

All you’ll need to do is contact support@zappar.com and let them know the following and they’ll be able to amend for you.

  • The email address you used to create your Personal account
  • The name of your Business account, if created with a different email address than the Personal account
  • The name of the zapcode you’d like to be transferred over
