If i would like to do for one project a tshirt design and it will be printed out hundreds of times, and i used my free zapcode, will it expire?

As this is a commercial use of a Zap Code you would require a business seat. Once you have a business seat you have an unlimited amount of Zap Codes that can be used as many time as you desire!
