I cannot download the zapcode.

When I press the SAVE button, the zapcoe doesn’t download to my pc.
What can be the cause ?. Thank you

Hi there,

Once you click on the ‘Download’ button in Designer, it takes you to the zapcode modification page, which allows you to change its color and save changes you make to it.

If you’d like to download your zapcode, you can right click on the zapcode inside the zapcode modification page, then click ‘Save Image As’ to save it.

Alternatively, go click on your project’s trigger tab and download your zapcode as an SVG or PNG.
