Can't import animated Object to Studio (from Blender)

Hey zapworkers,
I’m new to Blender and Zapworks Studio.
I created an Object in Blender, exported it as .fbx, .glb and .pod.
The Object itself appears in Zapwork Studio and it has an Animation. But nothing happens when I play it, it’s seems to be empty.
If I import this .fbx to Unity everything is fine.

Thank you for your help!

Hi @michellelamowski,

I believe I have answered your support ticket, but just in case this is helpful elsewhere - it’s always a good idea to double check the 3D Model documentation, particularly the Supported Formats and Requirements page.

In your case, it looks like your model made use of blend shapes animations which are not supported in ZapWorks Studio. Animations should be linked to a bone rig, with a maximum of 256 bones per mesh. You can see more detailed information like this at the ‘Rigs and Animations’ section.

Have a great day!
