I am not able to publish my work because I cannot properly log in. When I go to publish or preview, I get the log on pop up. I log in with my browser but this never gets sent to my Studio. I have students who are having the same issue.
We have tried logging out on the browser, logging out through Studio, but nothing has changed.
I have been using Designer Legacy. Working on a new project today, I am not able to Publish my project. After a successful Analysis, when I click on “Publish”, I get the following message:
“Info: There was an error processing your request. Please reload the page.”
I have tried logging on again and restarting the project, but I still keep getting same error message. Preview button also doesn’t work.
