Button transition out not working

Hi there,
A button is coming into scene nicely on the delay time listed but it wont seem to leave the same scene when the transition out time is set to a time geater than the transition in.

I only require the button to be on scene for the first part of a video intro. Then when the main video starts I’d like the button to slide away therefore not spoiling the picture on the main video.

Please help. Thanks
