Baffled man requests help with FBX Material error

I’m exporting FBX models from Blender and following the documentation, my material files are 512 x 512 and I’ve exported the FBX in the correct way.

The material shows up just fine on other 3D viewers. However, ZapWorks seems to dislike it!

Here it is inside Zap:

I am baffled.

Hi @ryan2160 ,

I believe that I have answered your question via email, however this might be helpful for other members of the community!

If you are having trouble seeing this dialog, you may have to import them manually. You can do this by double clicking your 3D Model in the ‘SYMBOL DEFINITIONS’ panel, and then finding your model’s material in the hierarchy. Click on it, then find the ‘Skin’ property. There may be more or less materials, depending on each lighting material.

Hopefully this is helpful!

Have a great day,
Francesca
