Animation to POD not working

I got a 3d file with animation I would like to use. It’s in Blender and I have the Pod plug-in working. The 3d file exports to Pod. I added it to Zapworks and it show it has a animation but when I play it nothing happens.
I have checked the setting and all looks right to me. Any pointers?

Could you send over your zpp file, along with the 3D file causing the issue over to support@zappar.com please?
