Alpha video not show on android and iPadOS

Its work fine on IOS but not android and iPadOS

Have you followed our alpha video guides, for example Preparing Alpha Video? It might also be handy to know that we have both an Embedding Alpha Video and Streaming Alpha Video documentation too.

If you are streaming your experience, you may want to make sure that your CORS settings are set up correctly:

For videos that are rendered directly into scene (i.e. using the subsymbol) browsers require that the CORS headers be present.

Additionally, please make sure your video is optimised for web. I usually use Handbrake to do this, but there are other solutions online.
