Hello, I have recently switched several of my products over to QR codes for ease of use. I still don’t understand why the web version of Zappar can scan zapcodes and QR codes, but the mobile app can only scan zapcodes. Why can’t the app do both? This is very confusing for my customers who have some products with zapcodes and now some with QR codes. I have to tell them they cant use the mobile app for everything and instead tell them to scan a QR code first and then they’ll have access to the web version which will do both.
I brought this issue up over a year ago but there’s hasn’t been any movement on it. Doesn’t this seem like a necessary feature?
