Hi amr,

That message appears once you click the ‘Preview’ button.

If you are using ZapWorks Designer, the zapcode will appear to be on the right of a tracking image that you would have uploaded, however, if you are using ZapWorks Widgets, you’ll just need to scan the zapcode that appears in the window.

Dear Bob , Thank you for your reply
I have done more than project before and this message did not appear … and the Preview was successful
Now the message appears and when I do a Preview and scan it is not complete

Thanks for that.

I can’t seem to replicate your issue; for your Designer experience, have you considered reducing the size of the zapcode? It may be causing issues with the Zappar App recognising the tracking image. Alternatively, be sure to place the camera close to the tracking image to ensure it works.

If changing the size of the zapcode on your tracking image does not help, please contact us at support@zappar.com with the model of your phone for further details.
