webGL snapshot in playcanvas

Hi there everyone.
I am excited to be able to use zapworks tools inside PlayCanvas for webAR!
My simple question is about the compatibility between the utility package “webGL snapshot” and the PlayCanvas framework as it is most of the times very important to be able to capture the AR space.
If so, is there an example of the package working there?

Hi @augmentedidea,

It should indeed work but it may be a little tricky to set up as the camera texture is rendered onto a seperate canvas. I will update this thread once we have an example project to share with you :slight_smile:

I’ve got an update for you:
