But scan webar QR video was not playing…

Hopefully this will be helpful 
As for the Unity SDK - I believe I have answered your ticket @fabian.merks, but in case anybody is wondering - this is actually more Unity related, as you will add videos using Unity’s implementation. As a note, it looks like Unity’s WebGL support for mobile is currently still ‘experimental’. Unity does however have a thriving community and there is a bit more on this topic in particular here.
