WebAR Realworld tracking chrome possible like Floom by Google?

How did they make it work?
Real World Tracking in Chrome.

Does this meen we can achieve this with Zarworks Studio aswell?

If Zapworks implements the WebXR API that Google used yes, but that restricts it to supported Android devices only. As you probably saw in the other WebAR thread they are working on World Tracking, but I think it is still in development.

EDIT: See Simon’s post here for the most up to date info on WebAR and SLAM.

Thanks @eric.craft!

Floom is actually a simple enough demo that it would work with Instant Tracking across all of our supported browsers.

In general though @eric.craft has it spot on - these Google demos use WebXR which is only currently available in Chrome, and only on Android devices that support ARCore. We’re keeping an eye on it but have no current plans to wrap that API with our tools - it’s a significantly limited slice of ARCore, and until Apple show signs of supporting it on iOS then we feel our efforts are best focussed on a truly cross-platform “SLAM / world tracking for WebAR” solution that only require the much more commonly supported web APIs that provide low-level camera and motion sensor access.
