WebAR on iOS not playing sound in video

Hi there,
I’ve recently developed an WebAR experience using zap studio. for my testing device i was using an Android device. and it is working fine. but when i started testing on iPhone the audio embedded in the video is missing.
I tried putting &_mute=0 at the end of the url, but it is still the same.
for video i am using .mp4 format.

I am very new in ZapWorks so please Help me if you know how to fix it. Thanks

I have a problem with playing a 360 video on webAR. Either android or ios. Zappar is looking at this at the moment .

Please feel free to get in touch with the support team at support@zappar.com. If you let us know the project URL (taken from my.zap.works), we can test adding a query string to the QR code URL to allow multiple videos audio to play when launched on iOS devices in the web.

Yes indeed that looks like a CORS issue. For videos that are rendered directly into scene (i.e. using the subsymbol) browsers require that the CORS headers be present.
