WebAR Lite Branded Splash Screen Icon Blurry

Hi there,

I find that the icon that I upload for my WebAR projects using the Lite Branded Splash Screen always turn out low res/blurry. I’m following the recommended guidelines of using .jpg at 256x256 reso - is there any way this can be fixed?

Hi Ashlee,

This is a known issue with our Lite Branded Splash Screen’s that we are working on, and happens due to the old icon being stored in your browser’s cache.

To update the icon you see on the splash screen, you will need to either clear your browser’s cache, or use a separate device that has not yet scanned the project. This should now show you the updated icon, and let you play about with sizing of your icon.

I see, does this mean the icon will always turn out lower res than the one uploaded?

I understand that clearing browser cache helps with displaying the new icon, however it is always a little blurry.
