WebAR created with ZapWorks Studio does not play Audio on iPhone 6S (iOS14.4, Safari 14.0.3)

Hi,
I am currently running a verification of audio playback in ZapWorks Studio.
The audio played fine on iPhone 12 Pro and Galaxy S8.

However, on iPhone 6S (iOS14.4, Safari 14.0.3), the audio does not play.

The demo app on the following page plays the audio using ogg.
The audio did not play in wav as well.

I believe it is a target of WebAR’s support devices.

I refer to the following for audio specifications.

Best regards.

Hi @tokuyama,

I don’t currently have an iOS device to hand for testing purposes but I wonder if you can try this URL instead - https://web.zappar.com/?zid=z/BB9o1c&rs=0&menu=0&toolbar=0&_vids=5

Let me know if you hear audio in the experience when launching the above.

I know this also sounds silly, but please make sure the audio toggle on the side of the device is switched to loud.

Have you seen my YouTube videos? You can see that I’m adjusting the volume at the beginning, right?

I’ve tried the link you shared, but I’ve also tried it on my PC, iPhone 12 Pro, Galaxy S8, iPhone 6S, Windows PC, and MacBook, and the audio doesn’t sound at all.

On my MacBook, the camera didn’t work and I had a blue screen.
I don’t care if it’s not a Mac problem this time.
