Video Player doesn't work in WebAR

Hi there!
I’ve seen some posts about this but none of them fixed my issue.

I made an AR business card for our company a while ago and I’m constantly adding new content to it. One of those additions recently was 9 separate videos hidden in submenus. In the app, everything works as intended, but in WebAR the Video Player displays the error symbol, although I can’t find any error in Studio. Please help!

I’d contact support@zappar.com , send them the experience to analyze. I’ve had problems with webAR before as well and they found a workaround.

I read that some hosted videos need to have CORS setup. Still don’t know what to use. I tried what was posted here
