Video in material in a subsymbol does not play

Hello,
I have an animation in a subsymbol where some material have a video to be shown in a plan, the plane is not a Zapworks plane, it is in the animation. I can see the video and manually play it in Zapworks Studio, but when previewing it shows but doesnt play.

I added start action in the animation in the subsymbol, it didn’t work.

Hi @rodrigogarb76,

I wonder - do you have a specific reason for using an imported plane and not a ZapWorks Studio one? After taking a look at your project, I believe that simply using a Studio plane or two may solve your issues.
