I don’t know why but in Designer and Widgets parts I can not add any video or image bc those “windows” are not active in any browser.

Could you try the following and see if they work for you:
- Be sure that your browser is updated to the latest version.
- Try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser, as well as disable any scripts/ extensions running on it, then try again.
- If those do not help, consider trying a different browser, such as Chrome or FireFox.
- Try disabling your anti-virus temporarily while on my.zap.works.
