I have created a Zappar experience in Designer. I scan the image with the Zap code. However, the moment I go back to the ‘recent’ function in the App on my iPhone it seems to load, but nothing happen.
What could be the reason?
Hi @vonsolmswoudi,
It could be that the experience is tracked to an image and the target isn’t in view of the camera. Could you try looking back at the tracking image and see if that shows the content?

Hi,
Yes. I have now removed the tracking image and am just using the Zapper code icon, but it still doesn’t work. 
Could it be because of the in-App icon?
