URGENT: Video not opening on specific tracking image

Hi guys,

I have a problem with a video being displayed on a tracking image that is hosted on a globally accessible URL. When I open the experience all I get is the audio and the video nowhere on the tracking image.
Can someone please help, I can provide the project.

I believe that when hosting a video for zapworks using a URL, it can only be done using the built-in video player option. To play video on the texture of an object the video needs to be uploaded as an mp4.
