Unable to upload tracking image

I keep getting the same error for about 2 days now - I have tried multiple designs and adhere to the tracking image design specs:

That didn’t work for some reason. Maybe the internet hiccuped or your image was too extraordinary for us to handle. For best results, upload a JPG or PNG image less than 10Mb. Whilst kitten videos are appreciated.
