Unable to unlock the content

I have been trying many times to scan the code. But the content cannot be unlocked.

Hi there @annagoh1988,

Please ensure that you are aiming your device at your tracking image after scanning the zapcode as, if you’ve trained up a target image in ZapWorks, your content will be displayed relative to the target image.
