Unable to publish from Studio to new account

I opened a new account yesterday and paid the annual fee (Starter plan - full £720 with no discount?) but am unable to publish an existing Studio project to a new project in zap.works - Educationtechnologytrust@gmail.com

I keep getting the message that there is something “wrong with the connection” but I am able to publish to an existing account I have been using for the last few years.

Hi Peter,

We’ve identified that there seems to be an issue with publishing an already published project from Studio to another workspace. I’ve let our team know of this and will resolve this in an update.

In the meantime, if you’d like to transfer some of your projects from your old workspace to your new workspace, please get in touch with support@zappar.com.
