The project is published successfully. But I can't connect to web.zapper.com

I just published my project. However, when I scanned the QR code with my phone, I get “Unable to connect” error message.
My phone is connected to both 3G and Wi-fi. So there should not be any issues to connect to web.zappar.com.
It happened when I tried to preview but later I realized that webAR can’t preview.

When I went back to the ZapWorks project page, I realized my project was gone.
So I re-created the the project but now I can’t publish the project as well.
Similar error. “Unable to Access Zapworks: Please check that you have a good network connection.”
My internet is just fine as I am able to post this comment.

Same issue. I was hoping to hear as to a reason why. Can anyone from ZapWorks please explain?
