Studio or Designer support UTF-8 text?

Hi Zap Dev Team,

I’m new user for zapworks ,when I try input UTF-8(etc Chinese, Korea language ) text in studio and designer but it’s not work , so my question if I want use locally UTF-8 text the only way is input it to a image ?

HI @suwei007,

ZapWorks Designer supports both Korean and Chinese characters (as seen below).

Studio should also support these characters, but it seems there may be an issue with these which we’ll be looking into.

Hi again @suwei007,

We’ve had a quick look at this, and Studio will display these characters correctly, as long as you import a font that already includes the necessary characters.

So I ran into that “issue” today too and yeah, it works as long as you import the font as described and then add the wanted characters by right clicking the font and selecting properties. After that it worked with my German umlauts too :).
