The experience we’re creating allows to take a photo/selfie with an animated asset. Unfortunately, the Zappar app does not work with a selfie stick, which emulates the physical volume down button. Appreciate that people might need the volume down button for other experiences, but how about making it an options somewhere in the settings menu (i.e. volume down to take a picture).

That’s an interesting feature request. It’s something that would require some thoughtful consideration in terms of the UI/UX visualization and then technical implementation across Android and iOS devices but i’ll pass this on to the platform team
