Safari SSL Errors on published project

Hi,

Since today some clients on iPhones (Safari) are getting the following error:
“An ssl error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made”

The experience ends there and it has our client frustrated.

The due date for our project is today and we don’t want iPhone users to get this message. What can I do to fix this? The project is hosted on the ZappAR servers.

Did anyone experience this problem? I saw some old threads on local project, but this one is published.

Same here but with the message

On safari…

But other old projects work fine… It happens for almost 20 hours now

Hey Ramita,

It turns out that the person who developed the project used a shortlink (bit.ly) to redirect to the webxr page.

Our client has very strict network policies, and we discovered that bit.ly was also on a blacklist, so that was actually the problem. When we opened the webxr link directly there were no problems.

Hopefully it will help you find the cause of the SSL error.
