Renaming from Open Project dialog not working properly

Hi,

renaming a project in the Open Project dialog doesn’t seem to be working properly. I was able to change the name, but when I reopened Studio, it reverted back to the old name. Renaming and trying to open the project immediately resulted in the project failing to load, and Studio freezing. After another restart the project reverted to the old name again.

Renaming from within the project itself worked fine.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I’ve logged this with the team to have a closer look at.

In the meantime, the alternative method you mentioned seems like a good workaround.

For anyone else experiencing this issue, you can rename your project using the option shown below:
