Question about language

Hi, I’m Japanese developer and Zappar user.
I made some webAR contents using Zap Works.

So, I have some questions about language (localization).

  1. Can I translate English dialogs into Japanese (e.g. Splash screen, launch to external site message)?

  2. Is it possible to turn off the display of any messages (e.g. “Launch External Website”)?

Hi @Leandro,

Please get in contact with support@zappar.com about localisations.

It’s not possible to turn off the launch URL modal on standard WebAR sites. It’s there for security and technical reasons so we can open the link in a new tab. We can disable it on custom WebAR sites, but the links will open in the same tab.
