I try to download the studio application, but I get the error that dwrite.dll was not found and does not allow the installation of the program

We replied directly to your support email explaining that it looked like a Microsoft DirectX issue. Did you manage to fix this? Would be great to know the solution for any other users that might experience this in the future.
