Problem with Face track 3d object

Hallo everybody, i am experiencing a little problem with a 3d helmet i would like to use in a face track… Eyes of the tracked face looks like holes and you see the back of the 3d object…
What am i doing wrong?

many thanks

You need to add the head mask sub symbol.

Steve

I’m also running into this issue. When I add a Face Mask and want to add a Elvis-wig to my head I can see the 3D model through my eyes and mouth. See attached image.

Anyone solved this scary problem? :ghost:

Yea you model isn’t skinned all the way around. You will need to add to the inside of your model.

Hi Luca,
the 3D model must not intersect the head mask. This will fix your issue.

The model itself is skinned all the way around. Only without surfaces that are adjusting to dynamic light.

That indeed seems to be the problem. I’m currently editted the 3D model so it won’t intersect with the head/ head mask.

Thanks!
