I’m having trouble opening the temp zap codes. I scan the temp zapcode to unlock the AR experience and the unlock gets jammed? I have opened and tested this zap several times and this has only just begun happening? Any ideas?

Could you take a screenshot using your phone of where the unlock gets jammed?
It’s potentially an issue with an error in code not allowing the experience to unlock.
