After the preview upload process, this displays an error message.

I had that error the other day. Your tracking image is bad. Take a look at it if its checked board it didn’t get created right. I couldn’t make any the other day.

Hi @lopez.fernando,
As @stevesanerd has explained, the tracking image doesn’t exist or isn’t supported.
The compile error you see relates to the unique code identifier of the target image and .zpt is the file format of a trained imaged file.
Please try re-training the image and if the issue still persists, please send the target image through to support@zappar.com where we can take a more in-depth look.
