Hi, i´m new to zapworks studios, i’m just doing some tests with 3d objects and when i come to preview on the desktop windows and then the following error appears. please help?
I got that same error when my tracking image didn’t build right. Click on your tracking image zpt file on the left is it the image or a checkerboard? If it’s a checkerboard delete it and re-add your tracking image. You may need to delete the whole image and retrain it.
Past that look for any errors or missing files.
