Parallax effect in 3D photo feature?

Hello, I’m Trying to add a rectangle image as a background to the 3D photo feature 3D object. And would like it to create a slight parallax effect when the user moves their phone, I’ve only managed to have it as a locked/Static background behind my 3D object.

Is this possible? if so how would I go about it?

Enhanced Parallax Effect - Ideas?

Hello. I have a photo split into four layers and spread out along the Z axis for a 3D effect. I would like to enhance the parallax effect by having objects move at different rates when I move my phone. For example, when I move my phone left to right, I would like the foremost element to move more than the background elements. In other words, I want to use script to enhance any parallax effect. Does anyone have any ideas?
