Hello. Just found out that on Oppo (we just tested A9 2020), assistive ball functions needs to be disabled before the WebAR experience can run. However, the pop up message is unhelpful as it says something along the lines of, “please close apps that are running screen overlays”. Even i wouldn’t really be sure what that means cause the assistive ball is already ingrained as an everyday phone function. Could there be an updated text for this at the very least? As it doesn’t happen on iPhones which have the same function so it doesn’t apply to them so i assume its a device thing and maybe showing a different pop up message for this will be much more helpful.
