Hi I have recently renewed my license after a few months of it being inactive - but it seems all my old codes are not working. Is there a reason for this? Thanks

In order for a code (or trigger) to launch an experience, the project it belongs to must be published. A published project equals a live experience 
When you have an inactive account, your projects become unpublished and therefore, your codes become inactive too.
All you have to do is re-publish your projects 
(hooray!) Experiences are published from within the tool they were created with - for example, Studio experiences must be published from within Studio itself.
