Regarding the new pricing structures, are monthly engagements based on total zaps or unique users?
Engagements, which used to be called ‘scans’ or ‘zaps’ are defined as each time an AR experience is launched via one of its triggers. If a workspace’s engagement allowance (as per its plan) is exceeded, it is automatically enrolled onto a CPE (cost per engagement) overage schedule.
