New account cant buy seats


I created a new business account today after playing around with a trial account on my personal email for a month. After trying to create a new project on my business account, it keeps telling me that “you don’t have an active seat on this workplace” .I have input my billing information and tried everything I could do to upgrade my plan, but when I try its always just a “Start Free Trial”. Just looking for some help to get this going so I can start working on some stuff ASAP.

Because its Friday and zappar guys are in London I would just do the demo for the weekend and email them for Monday at
