Lite Branded Splash Screen

Hello,
I found this option here: Introducing Lite Branded Splash Screens | Zappar Blog

But documentation link and some others found on the article dont longer exist. I currently dont have a Pro or enterprise account, so I have no chance to trial or verify branded splash screen.

Is this still something available as an option for Pro and Enterprise?
