In some cases, uploading a custom icon is not reflected in the icon when WebAR is launched

Hello,

When uploading the Project’s icon, in most cases it is not reflected at startup and the default Zappar icon is displayed.

Please let me know if there are any rules for reflecting the uploaded icons at startup.icon
By the way, I believe the custom icon feature is also available in the Starter plan. Am I right?
