Importing FBX facial animations

Hi
I have animated a face in Blender, using an armature rig, so the eyebrows etc move in an animation. I have exported into Zappar and when adding to the timeline, the model does none of the animation, and instead just moves around the screen very weirdly.

Firstly, I am assuming this type of animation is suitable for Zappar. If it is, what am I doing wrong?

If not, I have encountered a serious limitation of Zappar.

Can anyone help?

Hi @technology,

It sounds like it may be an issue with either the rigging method, or the export settings.

Could I please double check that your model adheres to Studio’s 3D limitations, and that the model was exported with settings mentioned here?
