Build the map works sometimes, but then the loading of the golf course fails. It shows the outer ring filling, but then the ring is empty again and nothing shows. What can I do?
That’s a weird one, we haven’t seen that. Can you try deleting the app and reinstalling from your app store? Make sure you have a good internet connection when launching the content too.
If you still have the issue can you let me know the device and OS version? It might be a JavaScript exception from the content that only affects some OS versions (we use the system WebView to run the content)
I works on another device. My gyro of the phone stopped working after downgrade from Android O on my Nexus 6p. Maybe this will cause a crash?
Thanks for the update. I wouldn’t expect the gyro issue to cause it not to load, but hard to know for sure.
If we find any other devices that don’t fully load that experience and we’re able to debug and fix it then I’ll post something here to ask you to try again.
