.fbx from Blender 2.82 not fully visible

I have been having trouble integrating a 3D model with animation into a Zapworks Studio project. Importing the FBX model into other engines seems to work fine. The animation carries into Zapworks studio, but it’s as if the normals aren’t working correctly.

I tried exporting my blender 2.82 file to maya and created a pod file, but that gave me the same result.

I have attached my files to this post, hope someone can help.
