I was working on a project and then I got this error. Because of it I can’t publish or preview my project. how can I fix this problem?
past posts indicated its a server issue and we just have to wait for it get back up

Just popping in here as this could be helpful for other users! Sometimes this is a server issue, but occasionally this error shows when there is an error within your .ZPP file. Please make sure to double check that that any scripts are valid (do not have a squiggly red line anywhere) and in the case of an image tracking experience, your target image has imported correctly. I’d also make sure that your content is optimised and around the recommended 5MB size for best results.
