Emissive texture question. Please help

Hello! I have what is likely a fairly simple question but I have tried multiple avenues and I am still not coming up with the correct result. I have created a city that is to be displayed at night. The viewer is to look at a wall with the tracking image and a city at night pops out from the wall. On each building I have a separate texture with an opacity and luminance channel in cinema 4d to represent windows that are lit up and bands of neon lights wrapping around each building. No matter how I export I cant seem to get the material to work. Does anyone possibly have an answer to this? Please see the images below and thank you very much!
